ND-v4 SLLp1:Smart location

Agricultural land as previously developed land.

Can we consider land under agricultural use (e.g. surgarcane cultivation) as previously developed land?

Kaushaveer, agricultural land use does not qualify as previously developed land per the "previously developed" definition in the Getting Started chapter of the v4 Reference Guide: "...landscapes altered by current or historical clearing or filling, agricultural or forestry use, or preserved natural area use are considered undeveloped land."
