Add the need for a fire safety review of charge points if these are within or directly adjacent to the building.

Missing that the emergency response plan should be communicated to the local fire department. 

Add wildfires to the list in Option 5. 

Would be great to add that emergency exits are designed to account for X number of people with physical disabilities. Often exit design has not taken this into account.
