Hi everyone, working in the asset management sector, we currently have the issue of understanding whether or not a certain level of LEED (i.e. Silver, Gold, ...) is equivalent (or could be potentially considered) to an EU Taxonomy alignement.
I understand that this information is more linked to the energy credit and the Pilot-Credits INpc164: EU Taxonomy for Climate Change Mitigation, however as investors we do not have the information beforehand, and usually companies (such as banks or real estate companies) will simply mention that they will aim for 'BREEAM/BREEAM In-Use Very Good, Miljöbyggnad Silver, LEED Gold, DGNB Silver or an equivalent level from a certification scheme;', not giving us much details. Furthermore, not all investors, notably non property portfolios managers have access to ARC to have complimentary information on assets.
