If a manufacturer provides an inventory of all potentially hazardous ingredients (up to 100ppm) but omits ingredients that pose no risk and does not list them, does the report qualify for Option 1

My store project is located inside a big department store in Japan. All HVAC system in my project is controlled by the landlord of the base building.

The language of the Pilot Credit now requires Communications (data cabling). 

The option to register a project for LEED v4 BD+C: Multi-family midrise has disappeared from LEED Online. Does anyone know what's going on?
I have contacted USGBC and not heard back.
