In a LEED certified building

If we have a LEED Project that was pursuing a Pilot Credit but without knowing that it was a Pilot Credit, and are at the Submission Phase can we still apply for this credit.

In Sweden we use a material valuation system that is called BASTA, this system is only for chemicals.

Danny, the form you're referring to has been an integral part of LEED-2009 MR documentation, but there is no equivalent for v2.2.
