Hi. The waste subcontractor on my project has sent comingled waste to (3) different recycling facilities.

Had a review come back declaring that manufacturer statement or declaration of no added formaldehyde to their products are insufficient and they must apply to CARB/TSCA to be approved as a NAF manu

I'm wondering if people are seeing any increase in WELL or Fitwel certification interest? Or any other 3rd party systems aimed at health and wellness?

We are working on a County Courthouse project. The LEED Bounary is at the building edge, but the County has control of the right of way that extends to the edge of the sidewalk.

if i have office builing will have LEED bd+c and it contain bank &cafe& shop at ground floor 

can i count them under option2 diverse uses
