we have building that is connected with underground parkning and has 5 single sections above ground (section A - E). Three of them are offices and two of them are residential. The project shares one site with all the infrastructure. After the construction the developer wants to sell each section A - E individually.
Do you think that campus approcah is appropriate for this type of project? With 5 projects on site. Could residential and office buildings "share" campus credits (e.g. Site Development - Protect or Restore Habitat, Heat Island Reduction, Rainwater Managemt.. etc..)?
