Safety First Pilot Credits - Additional Innovation Points

We have a project that has already claimed 4 of the 5 innovation points available. We would like to utilize at least 2 of the Safety First pilot credits. Does anyone know if GBCI will award additional innovation points if we use these credits and go beyond the 5 point innovation threshhold? 

I had asked this question during the recent webinar on this subject, but it did not get answered.

Which LEED version are you using?

We are using v4, substituting a number of credits with v 4.1.

Hi Cynthia, Unfortunately, projects are limited to 5 Innovation credits. So while it is great that you are wanting to pursue 2 Safety First Pilot credits, you would only get 1 point for doing so since the project is already pursuing 4 Innovation points.
