Is it possible to certify a Wastewater treatment plant under LEED_NC? I´m thinking about possible energy and water use issues... Has anyone heard of a certified one?

Our CI project won't be occupied until 2015 and the IT and AV equipment schedules aren't yet detailed, just an outline of the power demands for the M&E design is available.

So we got a comment on a recent NC project that the notation on the site plan indicating the set aside spaces said only "low emitting" and not both "low emitting" AND "fuel efficient".

Project is a new gallery to be built within interior of certified LEED-EB:O&M Museum. Client believes EBOM certification covers remodel of new gallery.
