The prerequisite seems challenging to get and think it should adress other environmental prioirty issues depending on the region.

Think to have universal accessibility and open space is a big asset, and also to include green roofs and wetlands or ponds.

It seems that maybe an education scope in this prerequisite is needed to achive the Zero Waste and threshold also seems to be needed as the prerequisite only speaks of "attempting" zero waste manag

Not sure where the reference Table of the prerequisite comes from. For the GWP measures using EPD's is not enough, a LCA is completely needed.
