Think to have universal accessibility and open space is a big asset, and also to include green roofs and wetlands or ponds.

I think to have 15 native or adapted species as a baseline is a great asset.

It seems that maybe an education scope in this prerequisite is needed to achive the Zero Waste and threshold also seems to be needed as the prerequisite only speaks of "attempting" zero waste manag

Not sure where the reference Table of the prerequisite comes from. For the GWP measures using EPD's is not enough, a LCA is completely needed.

• It is not clear how many products the project team will need for the option 1 or the option 2, the same table that ID+C has should be shown in this part.

This credit should be attempting zero waste management in construction.

This prerequisite is a great goal to achieve.

I’m glad to see that the new standard includes a reference to a specific known problem of thermal comfort (overcooling) and the ASHRAE-55 section on it but I am overall very disappointed that there
