Hard-lid ceiling with access panel

For interior cross-contamination prevention - Has anyone successfully submitted a project with an access panel in a hard lid ceiling? Deck to deck partitions aren't feasible for the janitor's closets on one of our projects and access to the equipment above the ceiling is vital for a few of the closets.
