Any ideas how this could work for a condominium building, with parking spaces owned by specific units?  I'm thinking it wouldn't be possible... Anyone tried this?  Thanks!

Previous rating systems required preferred spaces to be located closest to the primary entrance exclusive of ADA and though the two examples in the reference manual depict that kind of scenario...

The reference manual narrative is looking for charging stations "in" 2% of all parking spaces and the online form is definitely looking for a number of spaces being served by charging stations....
