In a mixed-use development project with a Mall and Office (Office above mall )where all the hardscape areas (non- roof) are already included in a previously certified LEED project (mall), then how can we claim/pursue this credit for the new office building since we cannot include the same hardscape area for the other building as per LEED requirement?
Also, can we consider same site area/boundary for both the projects or should we consider the roof of the mall as site boundary for Office? Note: Parking spaces are in the basements and multi level floors (seperate spaces for both the buildings)
