Hello Elliot, Following up on the last question, the reference guide refers to pedestrian and bicycle connection for culs-de-sac. From your response I assume it applies to all through connections.

Applicable spec divisions for MRc3

Using CSI divisions as a basis, does MRc3 only apply to Div. 03-10, and parts of Div. 31-32? I can't seem to find direction, although I'm sure it exists! Thanks in advance for your help.
