Using CSI divisions as a basis, does MRc3 only apply to Div. 03-10, and parts of Div. 31-32? I can't seem to find direction, although I'm sure it exists! Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes - the applicable divisions are the same in LEED-Healthcare as in LEED-NC (3-10 + 31.60.00 + 32.10.00 + 32.30.00 + 32.90.00). That is somewhat buried in the LEED-Healthcare Ref Guide (page 180 - under section 4. Implementation).
