Where the project boundary is located on the project side of adjacent ROW is through connection distance measured between ROW centrelines at the project boundary or at the adjacent ROW centreline.

Has anybody used peak FTE (as opposed to total FTE) to calculate the required number of showers? And was it accepted by the GBCI reviewer?

Working on a Warehouse with (4) vending machines, (2) refrigerators. With 24 hr. loads, these seem like good candidates for requring Energy Star qualified products.
