Assume a building to be demolished has large HVAC equipment and electrical gear, etc., and is not being reused but discarded.

The reference guide includes rollout mats in the list of "acceptable permanent entryway systems." LEED 2009 allowed rollout mats to be used as part of the 10' but treated it as non-permanent.

We received a review comment that states "the fan volume and fan power should be modeled identically in the proposed and baseline for semi-heated spaces".
