Hi, I have question regarding option (b) under part 1, which states that: Building policy states that all cooling coils are inspected on a quarterly basis for mold growth and cleaned if necessary.

Optimization 27 - antimicrobial activity for surfaces

First question: The optimization (read credit) requires: countertops, water fixtures, doorknobs, lightswitches to meet EPA testing requirements for antimicrobial activity.

Clarification needed for 47 Serving sizes: On Part 2: Dishware d. Cups are no larger than 473 mL [16 oz]. Does this include both coffee/tea mugs as well as water glasses?

Hi! Under no 38 - Fruits and Vegetables we have "At least 50% of available options are fruits and/or non-fried vegetables." Does fry here includes stir-fry?
