No, I don't think it properly applies, or is allowed. There is currently no LEED rating system for existing homes.

Hi we started the project with the Core and Shell... and we saw that the LEED has released V4 forms on the LEED online.. we should be using the V3 (the lEED that we were referring to) or V4...

The PIf1 table PIf1-2 is throwing me off. The only options for mixed use are to provide how many acres are assigned to residential and how many acres are assigned to non-residential.
