V4 or V3 forms for 2009 Core and Shell...

Hi we started the project with the Core and Shell... and we saw that the LEED has released V4 forms on the LEED online.. we should be using the V3 (the lEED that we were referring to) or V4... ? does it makes too much of a difference anyways ? isnt LEED v4 forms should be for next version of LEED, which is not out yet (?)

Shashank, the rating system you're using is LEED-CS 2009. Over time, USGBC has updated the LEED Online forms that are used with this system, with the latest versions of those forms being v4. When you start a new project on LEED Online you will be automatically given the latest version of the requisite forms.The LEED v4 rating system, previously known as LEED 2012, is entirely different from this discussion.
