Our project hasn't gone through any precertifications yet. The project was registered in one name but now the name has changed.

Hi, I recently certifiied a Platinum LEED Project - "Arquitipo - UNARTE Project ID 1000018199" located in Puebla City, México.

Can a certificate of occupancy be obtained without building commissioning in New York State?

Does this apply to projects outside continental USA ? And about Alternative Compliance Paths in particular ?
