I'm a bit confused with the Percent of Occupants calculation on the Water Use Reduction Calculator.

I have a a single story building that requires a Baseline system 6 (per table G3.1.1A), which according to G3.1.1 is modeled on a floor by floor basis - So I have 1 system.

We're pursuing this pilot credit for a project in the UK.

What shall I consider as Lighting Power Density (TABLE 9.6.1 of ASHRAE 90.1-2010) for a sauna that is inside a hotel?

Now that Tenant Guidelines in v2009 are a bit dated, I’m referring to that CI v2009 no longer exists for new projects, wouldn’t it make more sense to use v4 credit requirements instead?

One of our clients is developing a project that includes two buildings (9 levels office tower and a retail building) sharing a common landscape area.

Can you include open spaces at roof level (Green roof, accessible by all) as part of the 30% requirement, or does the entire 30% need to come from open space at ground level only?
