Quality views in nonregularly occupied spaces

One of our projects is a 30-storey tower and according to credit requirements we need to give access to views for at least 15% of non regularly occupied areas. Is there any expected floor-wise distribution for this area or can this be concentrated on a few floors of our choice only?

As long as you are able to reach the 15% threshold of non-regularly occupied areas, I don't believe it matters how the spaces are distributed throughout the building.

I recently applied and was awarded this credit with the vast majority of the project space meeting the credit requirements was only across the lower 2 levels of a 3 story building. There isn't any requirement to my knowledge that the space meeting requirements must be distributed evenly across the various floors of a building.
