Has anyone ever used the Tenant agreement credit/Core And Shell as a BD&C ID credit -Do you have a good template for sample agreements that have worked in the past.

We have an office project that looks at achieving both Leed and Well guidance for acoustics. Does anyone have similar experience? And if so which was the overriding criteria?

New LEED project inside an already certified LEED Project

An office building was constructed and awarded LEED Silver. Now, a new building is being planned to be constructed inside the LEED project boundary of the the already certified LEED project.
