Reduced number of EPDs for datacenters

LEED reduced the number of EPDs required for Core & Shell / Warehouses to 10. Any idea of they would be open to only 10 for datacenters?

I'm trying to fill out the water reduction calc but I'm not sure how to account for GN restrooms and commercial kitchen sinks. This project has core restrooms with toilets and urinals.
