CI-v4.1 LTc2:Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses

From uploads with new credits for walkability

The existing form requires that we pick option 1 or option 2...but the new form has option 3. I have uploaded all of the information and checked option 2 since I cannot click ready for review unless I do so. Has anyone experienced this?

i've always included a narrative with the 'Special Circumstances' box when form templates did not match my approach to credit compliance.
