No irrigation at all

Hello, in my project there will be no irrigation at all because of the adapted plants plant in all the green roofs. How do we demonstrate the achievement of the credit?

My client is a small non-profit, and on a shoe string budget. They are using used or donated furniture for 100% of their Furniture/Furnishings.

The 1987 high-rise building in California I am attempting LEED certification for has an EnergyStar label and, thus, was signed off by a PE as meeting ASHRAE 62.1/2007.

Does the entire residential area within the 1/2 mile radius need to be 10 units per acre or more or just a selection of higher density housing choices within the 1/2 mile radius?
