Goodmorning, i haven't understood how to consider the performance of the baseline's chiller: is it enough to consider a costant COP/IPLV ( tab. 6.8.1) or do i need a performance curve?

I have a calculation for preferred spaces that falls less than .5 of a space (7.35spaces = 5% of 147).

Commissioning Authority (CxA) Regional experience?

LEED user guide states that the CxA must have Documented commissioning authority experience in at least 2 building projects. 1) 2 Building project could be from any region?
