Hello, Our project is an adaptive reuse on an urban site that was previously about 95% impervious.

I am currently engage with a LEED EB O&M project located in the UK.

I was brought on to a project to complete the ASHRAE 62.1 calculator after the project was denied LEED EBOM IEQp1. The project consists of two high rise office buildings.

Our engineer used the net SF for this calculation instead of the gross SF which matches the PI forms. I know this will be a red flag, but does anyone know if this will be acceptable?
