Template is rounding down to 0 daily uses!

NC-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

I have a fixture usage group with 4 FTEs and there's a shower in it. Shower daily uses is 0.1, so the template calculates my total daly uses as 0.1 x 4 = 0.4 and it rounds down to 0.

Tenant Lease Agreement

Any ideas why the Lease Agreement cannot be used for this prerequisite? Like others here, our building is an empty warehouse with no TI work.

I have a project in a city, where there are no possibilities for sorting, as the municipality only gathers waste in one big chunk.

Is cement backer board for tile work required for EQc4.6 compliance? It is technically not gypsum board which is what the credit requires. Thanks!
