Hello, We are working with and energy modeling software that does not have U-values for a soil or vegetated roof. Is there an official list (database) like ASHRAE LEED uses?

Our current design has a Quadlogic multi-tenant smart meter unit in the basement of our mid-rise project. This unit has the capacity for electrical power as well as BTU monitoring.

I´m not sure if we have modeled the HVAC baseline system correctly. We are in a climate zone 2a (São Paulo - Brazil).
