including furniture in all MR credits

After the first review we received a comment that furniture calculations should be included in all MR credits 3-7. Furniture is applicable for reused material and thus counted toward MRc3.

Erosion Control

The contractor on my project recently provided me with documentation that ~14 tons of concrete and brick that were removed from the site during demolition were used for erosion control.
