I assume an ablution fixture used to wash before entering a prayer room would have to be considered in the water use calculations. What would the baseline rate of the fixture be?

Hi, I want to know in the case that the building owner will rent all building offices, and design plans have a projected plant design free (without Closings) but the internal regulations of tenant
