CI-2009 EAc3:Measurement and verification

I have tried to figure out but cannot wrap my head around another subject. MPR 6 requires sharing actual whole-project energy and water usage data for a period of at least 5 years.

This may sound silly to most that have not had materials reviewed by GBCI, but how exactly is a bicycle rack defined? One rack can serve 1 or 10+ bicycles.

MRc5 Option 2 - Direct miles or Nautical Miles?

When using MRc5 Option 2 approach --> should we be using the direct distance between two locations? Or the nautical miles between two locations?

We have a space about 5000 ft2 for about 160 people. It is a true open office; no cubicles, no walls, just long rows of tables & chairs.
