No water use

What happens if we are working on a project that has no water use. No fixture or fittings... How to comply with the prerequisite? Or does that mean that this project is not elegible for LEED?

On Sept 12, 2012 there was a thread: "Proposed model, CAV system without cooling system". It references a "high temperature set point work around".

Hello. I'm confused with two items on table 6-4: "Locker/dressing rooms" and "Locker rooms". The later requires twice the exhaust rate of the first item.
