Dear All We would like to know whether EAp2 and EAc1, LEED NC Version 2009, allow to count energy saving in hot water system by using low-flow shower heads as the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G state that

High School Campus With No New Parking

Regarding lighting power density, our jurisdiction has a more stringent local code than ASHRAE 90.1-2007 (our local code is IECC 2012).
