I have the first LEED project in a campus. The project will be built on an existing parking lot and no new parking will be added within the LEED project boundary.

Our project has no new parking. We are on a campus where there is an existing parking lot adjacent to our building, but not within our LEED project boundary.

For a preliminary review I modeled a building that is heated and cooled by four geothermal heat pumps that are located in a technical room within the building.
