Hi, It looks like USGBC has closed this pilot credit to NC 2009 projects.

Hi Haley and Bill - The credit was closed as a pilot credit because it does not require additional testing, but v2009 projects may still use it as an innovation strategy. It's now in the innovation catalog: Innovation: Demand response
