I just took a LEED GA pratice exam and do not understand the answer to this question: The ‘Authority having Jurisdiction’ is responsible for which of the following? a) Completing the commissioning

Contract through Design Team - conflicting information

I am going to ask a question that is probably been answered before - but I cannot find the simple answer. Can the CXA be contracted through / to the Design Team?

LEED Interpretation ID# 2535 ruled that, under LEED 2009, FSC-certified bamboo could be counted under both MRc6 (Rapidly Renewable Materials) and MRc7 (FSC Certified Wood).

Definition of "bus line"

Our project is on a college campus that is within 0.15 mile of a bus stop. It is served by one bus system. It's a public, not student-only system.

I've submitted several projects over the past few years, all outside the US where ceramic tile is much more common and will always be locally produced.

Water metering

CI-2009 EAc3:Measurement and Verification

Does the cold water feed to tenant spaces need to be metered for this credit. Cold water consumption does not feature in the energy model.

I see some threads on this issue but want to re-open this conversation. We have CI projects that are in buildings that have executed leases with a 10 year duration.

Hi, I am working on a commercial project that consists of retail units on the ground floor and offices on the levels above.Currently the base build does not show and ten ant metering for the retail
