How do you calculate the regional materials value for a product that has multiple components, for example concrete?

I am working on a healthcare facility project that has a single story below grade parking garage.

I received back the following as part of the review comments: "Provide signage indicating that the floors are classified for re-entry." What kind of signage are talking about?

Is there any MERV requirement for Fan and Coil unit? We are specifying for MERV 6 in fan and coil units and we would like to know if that would mean not achieving the credits requirements.

We are working on a project where the building exists and are finishing out the interior, thus ID +C.

I find this credit really interesting and it is very important to have this as a prerequisite for LEEDv4
