Dear All:-
Greetings
Currently we are working in LEED CI - office project
The Building served with 5 no VRF and 2 no of Split A/c so we consider 7 no of systems
so we have clarifications in modeling the base case system
As per Appendix G we need to model the one system per floor for system 5-8
1.Can we follow Appendix G for LEED CI energy modeling
2.Is there any guild lines for selecting no of Outdoor units in basecase (pl advise how to model this)
2.How many no of Outdoor units we need to consider in base case
A)Only one for all areas
b)Consider as per Design case

1. You don't need to do modeling for CI to meet the prerequisite. See LEED Interpretation 10412 for Appendix G modeling related to the EAc1 to 4.
2. Assuming this would be a System #5 or #6 there should be one system per floor and one outdoor unit per system.
2. Equal to the number of systems in the baseline. So both A and b are incorrect.

System 05 or 06 means as per Appendix - G (LEED NC ) or Energy Cost Method (LEED CI)
