Hi Allison, I wanted to add this to the Low E Vehicle Parking thread but could only start a new thread. We have a building with 310 parking spaces. 5 of which are for motorcycles.

Interchangeability of LE/FE vehicles and HOV parking spaces

We are pursuing both SS4.3 and SS4.4. As long as we provide the total parking spaces required for both 4.3 AND 4.4, can those spaces be used interchangeably for either LE/FE and HOV?

The reference guide says that section 32 90 00 (Planting/Landscaping materials) must be included in the calculations. We are working on a park that is using trees replanted from neighbor sites.
