Hi I have a project where out of the total project area, the owner owns 75% of the project spaces and remaining 25% is leased (lease period 3 years).

Our project is 100% owned and doing 100,000sf interior refurbishment. No major alteration on HVAC nor the building core itself.

I got I bit confused with the period of time which is considered to comply with the aim of this credit. At first a thought the 10 year commitment counted from the date of the LEED certification pr
