CI-2009 MRc1.1:Tenant Space—Long-Term Commitment

long term lease as NC innovation credit

Has anyone ever successfully modeled an ID credit for the NC rating system after the CI MRc1.1 Long Term Lease credit? I feel like a good case could be made, but I am having trouble finding any precedent for it. Any thoughts?

Maggie, I think you would have a good case but I don't know of a precedent.It's been a while since you posted this—please let us know if you succeeded, or learned more on the topic.
