CI-2009 MRc1.1:Tenant Space—Long-Term Commitment

Our project is 100% owned and doing 100,000sf interior refurbishment. No major alteration on HVAC nor the building core itself. We moving toward LEED CI for this , and would like to seek advice, is the building owner eligible to attempt this credit.

Hi SW Lee, If the tenant owns the building or space, you simply need to provide proof of ownership to achieve the credit. In these cases, I will typically provide a Tax Parcel ID, or similar official statement, that shows the entity as having an ownership stake in the property.
