Under "LEED Project Submittal Tips: Commercial Interiors 2009", the guide is referencing to Table G3.1-5(F) when applicable for baseline and propose values consistent with Appendix A.

Im a bit confused whether to use overhangs or not in the baseline of the energy model for option 2.

I plan to submit the Carrier HAP load data for Load calculations and an April load data for Part Load Calculations, but I am not sure what to include for the Fan sizing and zone-by-zone load calcul

1) Is there an exception for small corner offices? The office is about 90 square feet. The 2 solar exposures are north and east facing. The office will have it's own dedicated split highwall.
