Shading Devices in Baselin - Option 2. Energy Model.

Im a bit confused whether to use overhangs or not in the baseline of the energy model for option 2. Our project is large enough to have several windows, but its unclear if we need to leave or take out the shading devices.

You can only count HVAC differences so the models should have identical shading devices.

How about envelope changes with new insulation. Our project is pretty big and a lot of percentage of the wall is within our project.
