Organizations that provide offsite conservation

Hello, we have a project that is looking to acheieve SSc5 by signing a contract with a thrid-party conservationist. We have numbers from TNC but need required to collect 2 more quotes.

Tall Fescue - Native and Low-water for Area...Meet Requirement?

The credit requires Native/Adaptive vegetation, and turf seems out of the question. However, what if we use a turf variety that is Native with an addition of Low-water too?

5% path

How can we set the form to achieve the 5% of the total site area as described in the reference guide. Because in LEED online, it's the 25% path set as default.

TURF IN LANDSCAPING

Page 36 of the Ref Guide, section 4, states that monoculture plantings (such as turf) cannot contibute to the credit requirements. I could interpret this 2 ways: a.

Fair price for off-site land conservation credits

Does anyone know the basic market price/acre or price/credit for securing contracts on off-site land that meets the SSc5 requirements?

We are currently pursuing EBOM for a small campus of buildings and are interested in the off-site option and our company owns a large plot of land that will be redeveloped into a new building with

Off-site preservation requirements

My company currently has an off-site preservation area that we already maintain for a previous project. My question is: to fulfill this credit do we have to have a NEW off-site area?

We have large area of natural landscape with vegetative and adapted vegetation in certain percent of it.
