Hello All, An unfortunate error was made when “multi-occupant space” was assumed by a team member to include a shared office space, and construction is complete.

Owner Furnished Task Lighting

Under ASHRAE 90.1-2007 task lighting must have automatic shutoffs; the owner prefers not to install occupancy sensors/shutoffs at individual workstations.

True Open Office

We have a space about 5000 ft2 for about 160 people. It is a true open office; no cubicles, no walls, just long rows of tables & chairs.

90% Individual Controls

With the 90% individual controls requirements, does this apply only to workstations? What about private offices and training rooms?
