Option 1 Path 2 Temperature and Humidty Requirements

Path 1 indicates flush-out needs to be accomplished with 14,000 cu ft. of OA per sq. ft. of floor area while maintaining an internal temperature of at least 60 deg F and no more than 60% RH.

What "floor area" to use

Since the credit template is not linked to the Gross Floor area in PIf2 (as it is in other relevant credits), does that mean the floor area in the flushout calcs should be net area, as it is done f

What costs have you found for IAQ testing under this credit? Per SF? Per test? Every project is different but I'm curious for your anecdotal experience, for updating our Cost of LEED report.

Can direct reading instruments be used to measure VOCs and PM10? Another user asked specifically about the GrayWolf IAQ equipment and I was also wondering if it can be used for EQc3.2.
